As someone who struggles with trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder), I know firsthand how much your hair has to do with how you feel about yourself.

And if you feel poorly about yourself and have no confidence, you cant level-up and become the bigger, better, brighter version of yourself that you know you can be - believe me, I know.
